Seth Goodrich: I was born and raised in Richmond, Va. I started fishing the salt when I was just a kid on my grandfathers boat in the Urbana, Va area. A few years ago, while in Wrightsville Beach, NC, I was lucky enough to borrow a kayak from the owner of a local shop, Hook Line, and Paddle. From that point on I was hooked on kayak fishing. I promptly started saving cash and sold my johnboat, so that I could purchase my first kayak, a Malibu Stealth 12. That was a few years ago now. When I bought that boat, I never dreamed it would be a life altering purchase. Kayak fishing isn't just a hobby... for me, it has become a way of life and any free time I have is spent paddling. I was lucky enough to make friends with some really good guys that showed me the ropes and helped me get on fish. This blog is a way for me to share my experiences on the water and say thanks to those guys. I hope people enjoy reading this as much as I enjoy sharing it with them.
